Open ERP foundation
Dolibarr provides modules for CRM, quotes, orders, projects, inventory, and billing.
Data portability
The service preserves data ownership and export options. Your data stays exportable and in your hands at all times.
Is Dolibarr a CRM in the cloud?
Yes. Dolibarr is an open-source ERP and CRM system that Anexum runs as a hosted cloud solution. You get CRM features such as contacts, leads, quotes, and orders together with ERP modules for projects, inventory, and billing in one application, without your own server. Hosting is on infrastructure in Germany, supporting GDPR-compliant data handling with clear data sovereignty, unlike many US-only cloud CRM services.
Managed hosting or self-hosting?
Self-hosting provides full technical control but requires responsibility for security, updates, backups, and recovery. Managed hosting transfers those operating tasks to Anexum.
How are updates handled?
Updates should be prepared with module compatibility checks, a backup, and a rollback plan. Scope and maintenance windows are aligned with the installation.
Which recovery targets apply?
Backup retention, restore tests, RPO, and RTO are documented for the selected package before contract signature. This page does not guarantee recovery targets that have not yet been agreed.
Does Anexum develop Dolibarr modules?
Yes. Anexum develops customer-specific modules for business objects, roles, workflows, triggers, hooks, documents, dashboards, REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations. Requirements, tests, and maintenance are scoped before implementation.
When does a custom module make sense?
A custom module is appropriate when configuration and established third-party modules cannot represent the process adequately. Before development, Anexum checks whether standard features, Dolistore modules, or process changes are more maintainable.
How do modules remain upgradeable?
Anexum avoids unnecessary core patches and uses the custom directory plus documented extension points. Supported Dolibarr versions, database migrations, dependencies, and regression tests are recorded for each module.
Which systems can be integrated?
Potential integrations include accounting, e-commerce, payments, CRM, document management, BI, inventory, time tracking, and customer applications. Feasibility depends on APIs, data quality, and permissions.
