How does number porting and number management work?
Anexum maps existing numbers to sites, teams, and users, plans the port with the involved carriers, and keeps the numbering plan current after go-live.
How does migrating from ISDN to VoIP and SIP trunking work?
The migration starts with inventory and risk analysis. Target architecture, carrier path, transition phase, and fallback options are defined before porting and go-live.
What does a cloud phone system cost?
Cost depends on the number of users, sites, number ranges, and required features. A per-user monthly price plus a one-time setup for porting and configuration is typical. Cloud phone system or virtual PBX: what is the difference?
Both terms usually mean the same thing: a phone system operated as a service from a data centre instead of hardware on site. The operation matters more than the label. What counts is who manages numbers, porting, Teams integration, and escalation. That is what Anexum handles.
How do I set up Microsoft Teams telephony?
Microsoft Teams telephony needs a voice channel in Teams, usually via Direct Routing with a SIP trunk or via Operator Connect. Anexum integrates Teams into the existing numbering plan, sets up Direct Routing, and connects existing PBX systems so Teams does not sit as an island next to the old telephony.
