How Early Access becomes a reliable operating process
ABOS is not sold as a finished black box. We start with a clearly scoped pilot: data, approvals, exports, agents, and responsibilities are tested together before anything moves into regular operation.
Week 1: Fit check
We review industry, data state, current tools, accountant process, and which agents actually make sense.
Week 2: Setup
Dolibarr instance, users, master data, roles, backup, and first workflows are configured.
Week 3: Agent test
Invoices, bank reconciliation, or job-site processes run on sample data with human approval.
