One owner for every line at every site
Managed Business Internet
Ten sites, five carriers, three portals, and nobody has the full picture. Anexum takes over procurement, operation, and monitoring of your lines independently of any single carrier, so you have one contact and one invoice. We run more than 200 connections today.

Managed Business Internet combines procurement, activation, hardware, monitoring, and carrier coordination in one service. Anexum selects fiber, DSL, coax, leased lines, SD-WAN, or LTE/5G by location and currently manages more than 200 connections.
Service scope
- Fiber, DSL, coax, and leased lines
- SD-WAN and LTE/5G
- Cradlepoint, Cisco, and Teltonika
- Austria, Germany, and European mobile coverage
- Portal for dashboards, reports, invoices, and offers
One accountable owner
One contact for ordering, activation, incidents, and carrier coordination across every site. You always know who is responsible. Proven across more than 200 connections.
Carrier-independent selection
Lines are selected on availability, quality, and price, matched to each location.
More than 200 connections
Established processes for distributed, temporary, and mobile locations.
How is the right connection selected?
Anexum evaluates location, applications, bandwidth, recovery requirements, and local network availability. The result is a combination of fixed line, mobile service, hardware, and an optional SLA.
What does ongoing operation include?
The service can include ordering, rollout, routers and SIMs, 24/7 measurement, portal access, reporting, and manual carrier escalation. Response times depend on the agreed SLA.
How does the free provider audit work?
Anexum reviews current plans and contract data. The audit is free and commission-based: if a customer switches, Anexum receives a carrier commission. Savings are customer-specific and not guaranteed.
Which carriers and technologies are supported?
Anexum works with A1, Magenta, Drei, Deutsche Telekom, Colt, Plusnet, and other carriers. Depending on the site, the design can use fiber, DSL, coax, leased lines, SD-WAN, LTE, or 5G.
How are new sites rolled out?
Rollout plans cover availability, ordering, hardware, SIMs, configuration, appointments, activation, acceptance, and documentation. Lead time depends on the carrier, technology, location, and construction work.
How are contracts and invoices consolidated?
Anexum can commercially bundle services from different carriers and coordinate them through one contact. The offer and contract define which items appear on a consolidated invoice.
Which data is available in the portal?
The portal can bring together inventory, circuits, SIMs, routers, offers, invoices, dashboards, and reports. The exact feature set depends on the selected service.
Who is the service not for?
A single small site without meaningful availability, monitoring, SLA, carrier-coordination, or cost-control requirements may not benefit from a comprehensive managed-connectivity model.
