What is provider management in IT?
Provider management is the central coordination of all of a company's IT and telecom suppliers through one single contact. Instead of managing ten contracts, portals, and hotlines yourself, you hand procurement, operation, escalation, and monitoring to a neutral service partner.
Who manages multiple internet providers across different sites?
That is exactly what a single point of contact is for. Anexum selects the right carrier per location and brings every provider together under one contact, one coordination, and one report.
Who is liable when a line fails and providers blame each other?
A single point of contact ends the ping-pong. In an incident, Anexum coordinates everyone involved, escalates to the relevant carrier, and tracks the case through to stable recovery.
How does provider management differ from a carrier offer?
A carrier sells its own line. Anexum sells no connection of its own and is carrier-independent, choosing providers solely on your need for availability, quality, and price. That conflict of interest is removed.
How does the free provider audit work?
Anexum reviews current plans and contract data. The audit is free and commission-based: if a customer switches, Anexum receives a carrier commission. Savings are customer-specific and not guaranteed.
Is a single point of contact worth it for IT and telecom?
The service pays off mainly with multiple sites, several carriers, availability or SLA requirements, and an unclear cost structure. A single small site without such requirements usually does not benefit.
Which providers and sites are supported?
Anexum works with A1, Magenta, Drei, Deutsche Telekom, Colt, Plusnet, and other carriers in Austria and Germany. Fixed, temporary, and mobile sites are supported using fiber, DSL, coax, leased lines, SD-WAN, LTE, or 5G.
