No. The footer line only states which software produced the document. The document itself is your business partner’s responsibility — please take any questions about it to them.
Dolibarr is free. What am I paying for?+
Setup, operation and support. The software is free; a maintained system with backups, updates, correct tax rates and someone who picks up the phone is not.
Can we move away later?+
Yes. The data sits in an open database. You can request a full export including document files at any time, and you can keep running the system yourself.
Does my tax advisor stay involved?+
Yes. Reports and exports are built for handover to the practice, BMD among them. The books stay where they belong.
How large does the business need to be?+
It pays off from the point where quotes, invoices and customer data live in separate files. One to fifty users is the usual range.
